Ugh. I seriously don't think business is that bad that we to come up with stupid gimmicks like the one Ms. Bianchi is proposing. I think she just wants to see us all dressed up, or something. And at this point I really can't afford to quit, so...

Ugh.

Sometimes the great outdoors are over rated, you know?

[ Filter: Naruto ]

Um.

Some of those people who are with CHRYSALIS saw me react when some idiot brought a statue of the Madonna into the shop. I think they might be following me, so I'm down at the Library.

Just thought you should know.

Carnival! I love this holiday, even though I've never experienced it before! It's a lot like some other celebrations I've been to, so it should be really fun.

The store will probably get really busy though, with all the tourists. But I'm making sure to have time to myself, this week!

... I didn't notice that piece of furniture there before.

Application//Profile

Name in Role Play: Sakura Haruno
Race/Ethnicity: Japanese/Demon
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Appearance: Sakura is shorter than most her age, standing at only a few inches over five-feet. Her frame is sturdy, though more on the lithe side than stocky. One of her most noticeable traits is her light pink hair, which she keeps cropped around chin-length. Another thing that strikes most people on first glance is her bright green eyes, another rather rare attribute for someone from the east. Her skin is a light peachy color, and seems to have a healthy glow.

For clothes Sakura wears just about anything, though is partial to skirts worn over pants. Most of her wardrobe is more modern, though will occasionally mix some older coats, pants, or boots in. She doesn't wear dresses a lot, finding them impractical for running around or doing any actual work. Which she finds herself doing more and more of, as of late.
Personality: On a first impression, Sakura comes off as a normal, happy teenager. She's cheery, friendly, and rather affable. In unfamiliar surroundings she can come off as shy, but after she warms up to the people around her she can easily adapt to the situation. The girl has a bit of a dark streak, though it rarely shows through into her actual actions. Most of the time she's optimistic about situations, though won't fool herself when she knows things are going wrong. And at times she talks with a kind of jadedness that is more suited for someone beyond her years.

Sakura, though very comfortable with her personality and appearance, still has problems with her self-esteem. A few years ago she was a very different girl, demure and often a push over, and at times you can really tell. She still has moments of second guessing herself, and when she does fail or do something wrong she takes it very badly. The fact that she hates the way she used to be for being so weak doesn't help much easier, making her a sometimes unbalanced individual.
Abilities/Weaponry: Besides the usually demon powers (extra durability, increased strength, and retractable claws), Sakura is rather skilled in hand to hand combat. Due to her past, and being on the road a lot, she has improved her fighting skills, and also has a lot of experience with first aid. She is also fairly speedy, and in terms of combat is as well-balanced as one could expect her to be.
Weaknesses: Though usually fair in combat, Sakura has a bad habit of letting her emotions get in the way of fights. Because of the person that she's fighting, something that's going on during the fight, or the cause of the fight can greatly influence her performance.
History: Sakura started out life as a fairly normal child. Normal neighborhood, normal family, normal friends. She was fairly content living in her little corner rural Japan, with little responsibility on her shoulders as she was left free to roam around the countryside and do as she pleased as long as her grades in school were fairly good.

Though she had several friends, over time she found herself spending more and more time with a certain boy. Sasuke Uchiha, an orphan, aloof, and very popular boy at her school. Though he was very cold to everyone around him, Sakura went out of her way to try and break his shell. Over time she succeeded somewhat, and was able to coax the boy into spending time with her.

Things took a strange turn for them, when an odd boy began to appear at a small wooded area they liked to hang out in. At first it was simply sightings of an uncanny fox, which eventually turned into a boy- save for a few extra limbs. Eventually the rather annoying boy introduced himself as Naruto, a fox-fey. Or, more commonly known around that area, a Kitsune. And somehow, a strange friendship was struck up between the three.

Things were good for a while, Sasuke and Sakura getting used to the fey's rather annoying nature and accepting them into their lives. He brought out some of the better traits in both of them, despite his odd and often aggravating ways.

But then, Sasuke's past came back to haunt him. He left his friends suddenly, in a move to gain more power in order to avenge his slain family. Though they both begged him not to go, the boy left them anyway. Promising Sakura to bring him back, Naruto attempted to drag Sasuke back himself. This also failed, leaving Sakura in a state of shock.

She thought that if she had been stronger that she could've done more, could've stopped Sasuke from going off to his unknown fate. She was taken under the wing of a fairly well-respected martial artist in her town to try and gain some form of strength. Though she showed a natural ability for it, Sakura still felt that she needed to get stronger, faster, and sooner.

And that's when opportunity came knocking. Through rumors and old legends she had heard, Sakura gained more power, in exchange for her good old immortal soul.

Needless to say, her parents were less than thrilled about their not quite human daughter. So she set out on the road, in hopes to get away from her past and possibly find her estranged friend. A certain kitsune couldn't help but come along, still quite interested in the demonic girl.

So now, having been away from home for several years, rumors and tips have led her to a city the city in Italy where she now resides, in hopes of finding the boy she's been searching for.
Organization/Pack/Clan/Guild?: N/A
